Return & exchange 

kindly provide the order number plus the item number or the name on the invoice and send it to our customers service via WhatsApp

•You may return/exchange eligible items for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receiving your original order.

•Items that are damaged due to wearing and/or uncareful trying are not 

considered faulty.

•items where the design in changed ( Length, sleeve length .. etc ) are not eligible for exchange or refund 

•The original invoice must be included with the returned item/s.

•Refund may take from 2 to 7 business days from the date we receive the returned item/s

•The delivery value will be deducted upon delivery 2 KD

•Purchase delivery and return home-collect fee inside The State of Kuwait is 2 KD. All you have to do is prepare the package and the purchase receipt and give them to the courier representative.
